Terms of Service

By using ParkingLah, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the service

ParkingLah provides publicly available information about parking locations, rates, opening hours, navigation and official payment links. We are not a parking operator, payment provider or map provider.

2. Payments and third-party websites

ParkingLah does not collect payment or process or store parking-payment information. Questions about payment, refunds, parking enforcement, accounts or a third-party website should be directed to the relevant parking operator, payment provider or map provider. Once you leave ParkingLah, the third party’s terms and privacy policy apply.

3. Location suggestions and QR material

You may submit location suggestions and parking-payment QR images as supporting material. You must ensure that submissions are accurate, related to the relevant location, and do not contain malicious code, unlawful content, sensitive personal information or payment credentials that do not belong to you. ParkingLah may review, edit, adopt, reject or remove submitted material; only verified information may be used in location information.

4. Information accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to verify and update information, but parking rates, opening hours, availability, payment methods, QR codes and links may change at any time. Confirm details with the parking operator before payment or entry. ParkingLah does not guarantee that information is always complete, accurate or available.

5. Location and distances

Nearby distances are straight-line estimates calculated from the location you authorize and stored parking-location coordinates. They are not driving routes, travel-time estimates, parking-entrance locations or guarantees of available parking. You may choose whether to grant location permission and can withdraw it at any time in your browser or device settings.

6. My parking position

The “My parking” feature lets you save a floor, parking bay, note and optional photo in your own browser to help find your vehicle. The information remains on your device and is not synchronised or backed up by ParkingLah. Clearing browser site data, private browsing, changing browsers or changing devices may cause the record to disappear. You decide whether to save this information and are responsible for any backup you need. This feature is a personal reminder only; it is not guaranteed to remain available, accurate or sufficient to locate a vehicle.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, interfere with the website, bypass security measures, scrape information at scale, or use the website for misleading, fraudulent or rights-infringing purposes.

8. Voluntary support

If ParkingLah offers a “Support the creator maintaining ParkingLah” option, it is voluntary support for server and maintenance work. It is not a charitable donation, is not tax-deductible, and does not provide additional services, subscriptions, products or other benefits.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ParkingLah is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website, third-party links or third-party services. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The updated date will be shown on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
