About ParkingLah

ParkingLah is a service provided by Marilah Solutions. It provides parking-location information and verified official parking-payment links. ParkingLah does not take payments or process parking-payment information.

Google Sign-In for authorised administrators

Google Sign-In is currently available only to authorised ParkingLah administrators and is handled through auth.parkinglah.com. We request only the basic Google OAuth scopes openid, email and profile. We use the name, email address, verified-email status and unique Google account identifier supplied by Google solely to authenticate, authorise, secure and manage administrator access.

We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar or content from other Google services. We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalised advertising, or use it to train generalised or non-personalised AI or machine-learning models. Google account information is not made available to parking operators or other public users.

Planned member features

Marilah Solutions is planning future member-account features for participating services. If those features require collection or processing of additional personal data, we will update this policy and provide any required notice or obtain consent before launch.

Information we collect

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand website use; these services may process technical access information and use cookies or similar technologies. When you submit a location suggestion, we process the location name, address, payment methods, source link, notes and any parking-payment QR image you choose to upload. We use this information to review suggestions, verify parking information, prevent abuse and improve location data.

My parking position and location

The floor, parking bay, note and optional photo saved through “My parking” remain only in your current browser. They are not uploaded to ParkingLah servers or shared with parking operators, Google or other third parties. If you choose “Use my location”, distance calculations are made in your browser. We do not upload, store or share your precise location.

Retention, sharing and your choices

We retain suggestions and verification records only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. Verified location information may appear on ParkingLah. We do not sell personal information. You can remove browser-only parking records in the feature and withdraw browser location permission in your browser or device settings.

External services

When you choose a payment or map link, you leave ParkingLah. The relevant operator or service provider handles that service under its own terms and privacy policy.
